IFD Bazaar

hello everyone!

haha i'm at hazel's house now. doing the IFD bazaar cooking! yay cooking's so fun. haha look out for pictures of us cooking/ slacking/ random pics coming soon. hazel will upload them on class blog i think [hazel, you better not upload the unglam pics on class blog! send those to us privately haha]. just want to say THANKS for everyone who helped out in big or small ways over this weekend for IFD bazaar. setting up the stall is by no means an easy thing so i'm glad almost everyone helped out in whatever way they could(:

oh another thing, ever since term 2 started, we have been getting lots of homework, especially for the weekend. SO, i've decided to post the homework we have for the weekend on every friday afternoon/ night if i can. but if i forget any homework please edit the homework post. if you dont know how to edit, then tag on the blog and one of us regular bloggers on the class bolg will edit asap. for a start, i will post up this weekend's homework later tonight ok. so if you havent done any that is supposed to be handed in on monday (tmr), pls do them soon! it doesnt hurt to stay up for ONE night. of course, you must all get your required amount of sleep ok! sleep is very important, and so is completing homework too! haha ok got to go cook curry now! will post up the homework later

Hope you all enjoyed having time off on Friday! J This weekend, you have An Important Mission!

There will be a Parent-Teacher Meeting on Thursday 10^th April, from 2.00-7.30pm. Mrs Cheng will speak to your parents, and your parents will also have the chance to speak to your subject teachers. This weekend, please ask your parents which teachers they would like to speak to, and at what time. Please make a list and bring it to school on Monday. On Monday, you will be given an appointment sheet, where you can help your parents ‘book’ a 15 minute slot with each teacher they wish to speak to.The times run at intervals of 15 minutes, from 2pm-7.15pm (i.e. 2.00, 2.15, 2.30 etc.) You are to approach the teachers your parents wish to speak to, and confirm appointment slots. The earlier you approach your teachers, the more likely it will be that your parents’ preferences can be matched. You should confirm the appointments by Thursday, 3^rd April. I will explain more on Monday itself. Thanks and I hope you all are getting enough sleep this weekend! Bring your lists on Monday!!J

HELLO :D

Okay this is the duty roster for International Friendship Day! :D I put at random okay. So that everyone will bond together well! But if there's any violent objections come find me, and must be supported with a valid reason. HAHA! The lessons in orange will be the lessons that you will be missing, but not the entire lesson :) So don't worry. I'm not too sure about the arrangements of lessons, but should be still having lessons that day :) Anyway, as I said the previous time, first shift set up the stall, last shift take down. First shift leave earlier, last shift will end later.

Oh! And I need people to go shopshop for materials :) Haha! Anytime of the week before Sunday the best :D Saturday and Sunday, we would be trying out how to make the food :D So that we won't poison anyone out there (hopefully)! :D Haha, oh well I'm sure that we can make this gooooood! :D Jiayou okay! We shall win it for Lignum woooot.

Sports- Nurul, Wan Ying, Taro, Zhao Pei, Sara, Adityayou can like take pictures of people playing soccer or rock climbing or something (MUST BE NJCIANs carrying out those activities)

Arts- Charmaine, Eugenie, Amy, Chandel, Wen Yi, Qian Yun,You can take picture and videos of the Western Dancers, please do ask for their permission first.

Academics and Acheivements- Loo Liang Jie, Daryl Lee, Victoria, Yida, Minh, On Jing YiYou can take pictures of people muggin/pretending to mug, all the trophies that we have attained as a school. etc.

Random- Hazel Goh, Audie, Geraldine, Jude, Quang and Weng kinTake pictures of people having fun, crapping and all those stuff. But you guys don't have to worry. The class comm member in you group is the queen of randomness.

So you guys have to take 10 pictures per person, and submit your pictures to me (individually or as a group) by 6pm, Tuesday. (TOMORROW!!!)
